Leisure Point members who currently own an RV:
If you currently own an RV, you may stay at this resort for a maximum of
10 days. A member staying 3 nights or more must be out of the resort for
10 days before they may return. There is
a one-time fee of $1,500.00 to purchase a Membership. The current annual
maintenance dues for Leisure Point Resort members is $383.00. During holidays, members are required to make
site reservations for
their RVs 30 days in advance. Outside of holidays, no reservations are
taken or required
for members with an RV. Check-in time is 2:00PM
and check-out time is Noon.
Leisure Point members who reserve Park Models:
Reservations for Park Models may be made up to two months in advance for Leisure Point Resort
members. Current rate is $98.75 per night. One-half deposit is required
when making the reservation. Check-in time is 4:00PM and check-out time is
Noon.
Our rentals feature the spacious Chariot Eagle Park Models, 12'x35'
and sleep six. Each has an attached screen room w/ picnic table, a house type
bathroom, full kitchen, shingled
roof, house type siding, cathedral ceiling and either waterfront or
water view settings. These Park Models contain a toaster, coffee pot, house
type refrigerator, microwave, small TV and air conditioning. They also
come equipped with dishes, flatware and basic cooking utensils. Members
need to bring their own towels and linens.
Coast to Coast members:
Coast to Coast members from other resorts may not utilize Leisure Point
Resort during the major holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor
Day), whether using a Park Model or their own RV. Outside the holidays,
Coast to Coast members may make reservations for Park Models up to two
months in advance. They are allowed two visits in one year, not to
exceed seven days per visit and must be spaced 30 days apart. Rental
prices are the same as shown above.
Effective January 2004, Coast to Coast has implemented a new
RV reservations system. All RV stays at any Coast to Coast Resort must have a
reservation. This reservation can only be made through Coast to
Coast’s central number - 800 368-5721 - during regular business hours or
24 hours a day on the
Coast to Coast
website under Trip Setter. No drive-ups will be accepted!
Currently, Coast to Coast is waiving its $100 initiation fee. The CCR
(Coast to Coast Resorts) membership allows you to receive both RV
privileges at all of the resorts in the Coast to Coast system, as well
as condo, cabin and park unit rental privileges at 370 of those resorts.
If you select CCC (Camp Coast to Coast) membership, you choose RV travel
exclusively. The annual membership dues for both CCR and CCC is $89.95.
Coast to Coast has a 125 air mile regulation which states that Leisure
Point Resort members cannot use resorts within 125 air miles of Leisure
Point. This regulation applies to other resorts as well and maintains
the reciprocal process.
Resort amenities for members:
Both Leisure Point and Coast to Coast members have access to all of the
resort's amenities. These include use of the Fitness Center, swimming pool, laundry
facilities, marina store, bathhouse, and marina. Members' guests must
pay a $2.00 daily fee for use of the swimming pool, and boat slip rental
is available at our marina for $16.00 per day.
